What a busy Friday, running around and getting everything finished for the Big Day! Picking up the food, the cake, make-up, jewelry, gifts for the bridal party. Lots of driving around. And it seemed where ever we drove to, I couldn't take my eyes off the mountains. Craning my neck in the back seat of the car, twisting my body so that I could always keep them in sight. I asked Mary if she has gotten tired of the views yet and she says absolutely not. This is the view from my bedroom in Mary's house. I would stand there every morning and gaze at the mountains for a while before starting my day.

It was completely awesome seeing you thank you soooo much for coming and being my maid of honour and driving through the mountains. I went up there again with Ken's family yesterday and it wasn't the same. The snow had melted more and well to be frank the company was no where near as entertaining. Everytime we stopped and got out of the car they smoked. And I reminded them to watch where they threw their butts so they wouldn't cause a fire. When we got up to where the road was closed I started walking behind the gate for a ways and it took them all a while to catch up to me. I had fun talking to a chick from Boston and then just sitting on the stones on the edge of the road looking at the mountains by myself. Suffice it to say there are some people I didn't mind them going home and others I wished could have stayed longer. So what did you think of Marvin? I think he's quite cool. I was glad that he came.

That's funny that you ask about Marvin. Check back, I think he will be the subject of my blog for Sunday!
