Hanging out with my friend Shawn in the cool beautiful evening, just chatting the time away while we waited for Pete and Jess to show up. Sure, we could have waited inside the house with Pete's parents. But the sky was the perfect shade of indigo after the sunset with just touches of pink and gold, the stars beginning to put in their twinkling appearance. A good conversation with a good friend on a lovely spring evening. What more could a person ask for?
