I had a really busy day today getting ready for my trip to Denver tomorrow. I found the perfect shoes to wear with my dress. But that wasn't the high point. I went up to see my Dad, which I haven't done recently, I've been really bad about it. My Mom didn't tell my Dad that I was coming up so he was really surprised. Like brought tears to his eyes, which of course made me feel bad that I hadn't been up sooner. We talked for about an hour and a half, it was really good. Now I can't wait to come home Sunday and go back up to see him! I miss my Dad and I hope he comes home soon.
